1/2 pound lean ground turkey (<7% fat)
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Form into four patties, approximately 2 1/2–3 inches in diameter. Heat a medium-size skillet over medium heat, add patties, and cook approximately 3 minutes on each side, turning with a spatula. Patties should be cooked all the way through with no visible sign of pink meat. Remove with a spatula and place on a paper towel briefly to blot excess fat before serving.
