- 1 whole-grain frozen waffle
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon no-sugar-added fruit spread or jam
Cook waffle according to package directions. When cooked, spread peanut butter on one half, repeat with fruit spread. Fold waffle in half to create a sandwich.
