Study on Conversations Between Parents and Children With Type 1

Text Size:

If you’re living in the Orange County, California, area and are the parent or legal guardian of a child who has had Type 1 diabetes for at least a year, you may be interested in a study being conducted by Chapman University graduate student Ruth Gomez.

Gomez aims to learn more about parents’ perceptions, concerns, and awareness of mental health issues resulting from Type 1 diabetes. The study will require one audio-recorded interview session of approximately 90 minutes to take place in the comfort and convenience of the participant’s home.

If you do not live in Orange County but would like to participate, or for more information, contact Gomez at [email protected].
