- 3 cups diagonally sliced asparagus (2-inch slices)
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Coat large skillet with nonstick cooking spray; heat over medium-high heat. Add asparagus; cover and cook 8 minutes or until lightly browned and tender. Remove from heat; sprinkle with Parmesan, salt and pepper; mix to combine.
Yield: 4 servings. Serving size: 1 1/2 cups.
