Tangy Pear Salad

Who says salads are just for summer? Chopped walnuts provide a delightful crunch for this light, low-carb dish while a drizzle of seasoned rice vinegar adds a bit of kick to balance the sweet pear and savory blue cheese crumbles.

Combine lettuce, pears, blue cheese, and walnuts in a large salad bowl. Drizzle with rice vinegar and toss to coat. Serve immediately.
