Toss cucumber in bowl with salt. Cover and chill approximately 30 minutes. Drain moisture from cucumber. Combine cucumber with remaining ingredients; mix well. Store covered in refrigerator.

Yield: 1 1/2 cups. Serving size: 2 tablespoons.
