- 1 teaspoon reduced-fat margarine spread
- 1 chilled hard-boiled egg, chopped
- 1 teaspoon red or black caviar, chilled
- Fresh dill sprig
Spread thin layer of margarine on bread, cover with hard-boiled eggs, dot with caviar, and top with dill sprig.
