Party Fruit Tarts

Preparation time: 5 minutes.


  • 1 cup chopped mixed berries
  • 6 mint leaves, chopped
  • 1 package (15 ounces) frozen Athens Mini Fillo Shells, thawed
  • 1 carton (6 ounces) Chobani Greek Yogurt, nonfat, strawberry flavored, stirred


Combine berries and mint in a small bowl. Take each empty shell and spoon approximately 1 tablespoon yogurt into each shell. Top with approximately 1 tablespoon berry mixture, serve immediately, or store in refrigerator until serving. Note: Filled tart shells will soften over time.

Yield: 15 tarts.
