Kiwi and Strawberries with Pine Nuts



  • 2 kiwi fruits
  • 1 1/2 cups strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon pine nuts, toasted


Peel kiwis and slice into thin rounds. Arrange on 4 dessert plates.

Wash, hull, and slice strawberries. Arrange over kiwi slices. Drizzle orange juice evenly over each dish. Top evenly with pine nuts.

Yield: 4 servings.

Serving size: 1/2 cup.
