- Ice cubes
- 1/2 cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 4 teaspoons sugar
- Grated peel and juice of 1 lime
Combine ice, cucumber, berries, sugar, lime peel, and lime juice in blender; blend until smooth.
Pour into two glasses.
Yield: 2 servings. Serving size: 8 ounces.
