For restaurants with multiple locations (including fast-food chains), simply type the name of the restaurant into a search engine. Most have their own websites with nutrient listings for their current menus.

Software for Computers and Smartphones

Diabetes Pilot has a food database containing thousands of items; it can be personalized by marking foods as favorites and adding new foods. The software displays nutrient information for individual foods and can also add up the nutrients in several items grouped by the user as a meal.
