    Tara, thanks for the 2 minute turkey wrap recipe ! It’s really delicious and doesn’t raise my BG at all- I tried making it with low fat, low sodium lace ey swiss cheese, and found a multigrain, 100 cal/ net 5g carb tortilla – which really lowers the carb count!
