Are you struggling to cope with pain in your feet, hands, arms or legs caused by neuropathy (nerve damage)? If so, then you may be interested in an upcoming radio broadcast of the show Aches and Pains that will feature pain expert Paul Christo, MD, as he talks with Alan Berger, MD, and sitcom star Jerry Mathers about neuropathy.
Dr. Berger is associate dean of research affairs and chair of the department of Neurology at the University of Florida and Shands Jacksonville, one of 15 “Centers of Excellence” in the US chosen by the Neuropathy Association. And Jerry Mathers, former Leave It to Beaver star, is teamed up with the American Academy of Neurology to share his story of dealing with neuropathy. Topics to be discussed include what symptoms to watch for, news on the latest treatments, and updates on neuropathy research.
The show will be broadcast on March 24 at 8 PM EST on WBAL radio, 1090 AM, and will also be available online on Dr. Christo’s Web site. To submit a question for possible inclusion on the show, write to [email protected].
