Founded in 2009 by a student with Type 1 at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, the group’s mission is to “empower and improve the lives of students living with Type 1 diabetes through peer support and access to information and resources”:
The organization’s website includes a list of scholarships for students with Type 1 diabetes, links to job opportunities, a student online community, care package ideas for parents, and more.
