Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions

Combine all ingredients in large glass jar. Seal jar; shake well. Refrigerate at least 1 hour or up to 1 week.
