- 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup low-fat buttermilk
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 3 cups shredded coleslaw mix
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
Whisk mayonnaise, buttermilk, sugar, celery seed, lime juice, and chili powder in large bowl until smooth and well blended. Add coleslaw mix, carrots, and onion; toss to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
Yield: 8 servings. Serving size: 1/2 cup.
