Preparation time: 8 minutes

1/4-inch-thick slice French or Italian Bread

1 teaspoon reduced-fat margarine spread
1 chilled hard-boiled egg, chopped
1 teaspoon red or black caviar, chilled
Fresh dill sprig

Spread thin layer of margarine on bread, cover with hard-boiled eggs, dot with caviar, and top with dill sprig.

Yield: 1 sandwich
