Marinated bean salad
Preparation time: 25 minutes
1 1/2 teaspoons lime juice In a large bowl whisk together lime juice, olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, cumin, cilantro, and salt. Add remaining ingredients and toss well to coat. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour to allow flavors to blend. Toss well before serving.
