Lemon mustard dressing

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup nonfat yogurt
  • 1/4 cup low-fat sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon dried mustard

Directions

Combine ingredients, mix well, cover, and refrigerate.

Yield: 1 1/4 cups. Serving size: 2 tablespoons.
