Preparation time: 4 minutes

4 ounces fat-free cream cheese
1/4 cup peanut butter
3 tablespoons fat-free caramel syrup
1 1/2 tablespoons skim milk
Place cream cheese in a mixing bowl and whip with an electric mixer until fluffy. Whip in peanut butter and caramel sauce. Add milk and whip until well mixed. Store dip in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Serve with fruit chunks or pretzels.
