Pumpkin spice oatmeal

Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: approximately 5 minutes


 

1/2 cup quick-cooking rolled oats
1 cup skim milk
1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree
1/8 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
Artificial sweetener to taste

Combine oats, milk, pumpkin, and spices in a small pan; whisk together. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until oatmeal reaches desired consistency. Stir in artificial sweetener and serve.
