Banana raspberry refresher

Preparation time: 2 minutes


 

4 ounces nonfat, artificially sweetened raspberry cultured yogurt
1/2 ripe banana, cut into chunks
1/4 cup skim milk
1/2 cup ice cubes (approximately 5 cubes)

Place all ingredients in blender. Cover, and process until smooth and frothy. Serve immediately.

Yield: 1 cup
