Combine berries and mint in a small bowl. Take each empty shell and spoon approximately 1 tablespoon yogurt into each shell. Top with approximately 1 tablespoon berry mixture, serve immediately, or store in refrigerator until serving. Note: Filled tart shells will soften over time.
Yield: 15 tarts. Serving size: 1 tart.
