Waffle sandwich

Preparation time: 3 minutes. Cooking time: 2 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 whole-grain frozen waffle
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon no-sugar-added fruit spread or jam

Directions

Cook waffle according to package directions. When cooked, spread peanut butter on one half, repeat with fruit spread. Fold waffle in half to create a sandwich.

Yield: 1 serving. Serving size: 1 waffle.
