Tropical Green Shake



  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 cup packed stemmed kale
  • 1 cup frozen tropical fruit mix*
  • 1/2 cup reduced-sugar orange juice beverage
  • 2 tablespoons honey or agave nectar


Combine ice, kale, tropical fruit mix, orange juice, and honey in blender; blend until smooth.

Pour into two glasses.

*Note. Tropical mix typically contains pineapple, mango and strawberries along with other fruit.

Yield: 2 servings. Serving size: 8 ounces.
