- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1 cup packed stemmed kale
- 1 cup frozen tropical fruit mix*
- 1/2 cup reduced-sugar orange juice beverage
- 2 tablespoons honey or agave nectar
Combine ice, kale, tropical fruit mix, orange juice, and honey in blender; blend until smooth.
Pour into two glasses.
*Note. Tropical mix typically contains pineapple, mango and strawberries along with other fruit.
