Mixed fruit smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 medium banana
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen strawberries (unsweetened)
  • 1/4 cup nonfat dry milk powder
  • 1/4 cup apple juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 cup crushed ice

Directions

Place all ingredients in blender container. Blend on high until smooth.

Yield: 1 serving. Serving size: 1 recipe.
