Banana Raspberry Refresher

Preparation time: 2 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces nonfat, artificially sweetened raspberry cultured yogurt
  • 1/2 ripe banana, cut into chunks
  • 1/4 cup skim milk
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes (approximately 5 cubes)

Directions

Place all ingredients in blender. Cover, and process until smooth and frothy. Serve immediately.

Yield: 1 cup. Serving size: 1 cup.
