Artichoke sandwich spreadPreparation time: 5 minutes Ingredients
8 ounces fat-free cream cheese Place cream cheese in a mixing bowl and whip with an electric mixer until fluffy. Whip in mayonnaise. Stir in chopped artichoke hearts and marinade. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator and chill at least 1 hour to allow flavors to blend. Spread on thinly sliced whole wheat bread.
