Preparation time: 10 minutes

1 cup unsweetened frozen strawberries, slightly thawed
1 8-inch banana, sliced, frozen, and slightly thawed
1 tablespoon strawberry 100%-fruit spread
1 tablespoon unsweetened orange juice
Place all ingredients in a blender, cover, and blend until smooth (mixture will be thick), periodically scraping down sides. Serve immediately.
