    I like your Magazine & the web site. the changes are good. I am 70 years young, found out a year ago I have diabetes while they were amputeeing my left leg. I now have a prothesis. I live alone & prepare all my food. I find many of the recipies to sound good, but when I look it over it serves 6 or 8 or 12 & is not practical for me. I have yoru book “meals & menus for 1 or 2″ & it is great. But I am always looking for new different items in small quantities. Would really like to see more recipies for small quantities.
