National Support Groups

Benefits of membership may include newsletters, recipes, online message boards, updates from food manufacturers, and referrals to health-care professionals in your area. You do not have to be a member to access information from most groups’ Web sites, and most also offer free pamphlets that can be ordered by phone or via the Internet.
