OMEGA-6–RICH FOODS
Eggs
Poultry
Margarine
Corn, sunflower, safflower, cottonseed, and soybean oils
Most commercial baked products

OMEGA-3–RICH FOODS
Fatty fish such as salmon, albacore tuna, mackerel, and sardines
Green, leafy vegetables
Walnuts
Olive, canola, flaxseed, and walnut oils
