OMEGA-6–RICH FOODS

Corn, sunflower, safflower, cottonseed, and soybean oils

OMEGA-3–RICH FOODS
Fatty fish such as salmon, albacore tuna, mackerel, and sardines
Green, leafy vegetables
Walnuts
