Having a checklist of the diabetes supplies you want to bring can help take the stress out of preparing for a trip. Tailor this list to apply to you, and check off each item as you pack it to make sure it’s in your bag.

• Blood glucose meter
• Plenty of test strips
• Lancets
• Batteries for meter
• Chargers for glucose meter, CGM, etc.
• Glucose tablets
• Oral medicines
• Back-up CGM sensor
• Insulin pump supplies (infusion set, insulin cartridge, extra batteries)
• Vial of insulin for use in a pump
• Vial of long-acting insulin, in case of pump failure
• Extra syringes
