1 turkey drumstick (about 1 pound)
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 tablespoon olive oil
Nonstick cooking spray
Heat oven to 400°F. Combine flour, paprika, pepper, and onion powder in a gallon-size resealable plastic bag. Wash drumstick and pat dry with paper towel. Brush drumstick with olive oil, then place in plastic bag and shake to coat leg. Spray a shallow baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. Place drumstick in pan. Bake for approximately 20 minutes, then turn. Bake for approximately 20 more minutes until meat thermometer inserted in drumstick reaches 180°F.
Yield: 1 drumstick
