1 (2 1/2-ounce) plain bagel, split
1/4 slices turkey pepperoni
2 tablespoons pizza sauce
3/4 cup finely shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
4 black olive slices
2 small button mushrooms
2 slivers red bell pepper
Preheat oven to 350°F. Meanwhile, toast bagel halves lightly in a toaster then lay on a baking sheet, cut side up. Top each bagel half with 7 slices turkey pepperoni, covering the hole in each bagel. Gently spread the pizza sauce over the pepperoni with the back of a spoon and press cheese on evenly. Make eyes on each bagel with 2 olive slices. Make a nose on each bagel with a mushroom. Make a mouth on each bagel with a red bell pepper sliver. Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the pizza is heated through.
